Sheila and her family live in the Boston area, where she is a writer, speaker, and spiritual director. ![]() She has also taught counseling and trauma-related courses. Sheila holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and has ministered to abuse and trauma survivors in the United States for over 25 years and in Johannesburg, South Africa, for a decade.
